MATCHA Mat
Comprising a dynamic, low-impact exercise method, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement.

The goal of Matcha Move is to build endurance, burn calories, and improve cardiovascular health while maintaining the focus on posture, alignment, and breath control that defines Pilates. It's a full-body workout that enhances strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility, making it ideal for those looking to improve fitness without high-impact routines.
Focusing on precision and quality of movement, building those long lean muscles whilst burning fat. We increase the heart rate in this faster paced Cardio Pilates Class without losing technique. Working up a sweat and feeling the burn in all the right places.
MATCHA Mama
A gentle, supportive Pilates class designed for new mums and their babies (6weeks-12months). It focuses on postnatal recovery while creating a nurturing space for bonding with your baby.
The class blends core-strengthening Pilates exercises with postural work, breath awareness, and gentle stretching—helping mums rebuild strength, especially in the core, pelvic floor, and lower back. Movements are low-impact and modified for postpartum bodies, with plenty of options for all fitness levels.
Babies stay close—either lying beside mum, on a mat, or even being gently incorporated into certain movements—creating a relaxed, baby-friendly environment. The atmosphere is welcoming, flexible, and non-judgmental, allowing time for feeding, changing, and soothing as needed.
It’s more than a workout—it’s a chance to move, connect, and share the postnatal journey with other mums in a safe and supportive community.

MATCHA Mummy-to-be (MM2B)
This Prenatal Mat Pilates is a specially designed class that supports and empowers women through all stages of pregnancy. It focuses on safe, low-impact exercises that build strength, stability, and flexibility—particularly in the core, pelvic floor, and back—while promoting good posture and body awareness.
Each class is tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy, with modified movements that accommodate the growing belly and shifting body mechanics. Emphasis is placed on breath control, gentle stretching, and alignment to help ease common discomforts like lower back pain, tight hips, and fatigue.
The class also supports mental wellbeing, encouraging relaxation and connection with your changing body and growing baby. It's a calm, supportive environment where expectant mums can move mindfully, maintain strength, and prepare physically and mentally for birth.
No prior Pilates experience is needed—just a desire to stay active, feel strong, and nurture yourself during this important time.
